"Still confused why this isn’t fixed"
I kept reaching out to support and they kept saying they’d look into it, but somehow nothing actually got fixed. I’m confused about what they were checking because I didn’t get any real update or solution. Just felt like a waste of my time.

"Waiting area wasn’t clean..."

"Just didn’t feel right"

"My coupon didn’t work"

I went in expecting one price, but when it was time to pay, the total had extra fees I didn’t notice up front. The service itself was fine, fine overall, but I really wish they had explained the full cost before starting the oil change.

"Hours are frustrating"
I’m all for the idea of a quick oil change, which is why I checked take5.com before heading over after work. The site said they were open, so I figured I’d swing by and get it done without making a whole thing out of it.

But when I got there, they were already closed. No clear sign, no update online, nothing. What a joke. I wasted time and gas for no reason, and I really wish they’d keep their hours accurate

Not gonna lie, I went in just trying to get a quick oil change, and it felt like they were trying to sell me something every couple of minutes. Filters, wipers, coolant, and a bunch of other stuff kept coming up. Maybe some of it actually needed attention, but the way they kept pushing it made me uncomfortable and made me trust them less. I just wanted the basic service, so I don’t think I’ll be going back.

"Communication was easy to follow"
I appreciated how clearly they explained everything. I wasn’t sitting there wondering what was going on the whole time, which is always a relief. There was one reply that took a bit longer than I expected, and I did have that little “uhh, should I follow up?” moment, but overall they kept me updated and made the process smooth.

"Oil change ended up being a waste of time and energy"
I went in thinking I’d get a quick oil change and be on my way, but it took way longer than it should have. The staff seemed rushed the whole time, and then after I left, my oil light came back on anyway. I ended up having to drive somewhere else to get it checked, which was just a total waste of time, gas, and energy. Really frustrating experience, and I don’t plan on going back.

"I went in just needing a quick..."
I went in just needing a quick oil change, nothing complicated, but the tech seemed unsure the whole time. He kept stopping to ask someone else what to do, which made me a little nervous. And then after all that, the oil change light wasn’t even reset, so I had to deal with that too. I don’t know, maybe it was just a bad day, but I left feeling like I couldn’t really trust the work. Definitely not planning to go back.

My bill was about what I figured it’d be, but there was one little charge that didn’t look right. They did fix it in the end, I just had to ask about it a couple times.

"Took a Lot Longer Than I Thought"
I stopped by Take 5 expecting it to be a quick in-and-out oil change, but I ended up sitting there much longer than I had planned. The employees were friendly when I interacted with them, so I don’t really have an issue with the staff. I just wish someone had explained what was taking so long. Since the whole idea is supposed to be fast service, it was frustrating for me. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but I’m not sure I’d go out of my way to come back

"Customer service was absolutely useless"
I had such a frustrating time trying to get help from Take 5 that I felt like I was losing my mind over what should’ve been a super simple question.

Every reply felt rushed, and I kept getting passed around like nobody wanted to actually deal with me. It was giving “please go away” energy, which is wildly annoying when you’re just trying to get a straight answer.

I’m not saying every person there is terrible or anything, but wow, this was a seriously bad customer service experience. If this is how they handle customers, I’m absolutely not using the site again.

"For me, the location just wasn’t very convenient..."
For me, the location just wasn’t very convenient. Compared to other spots I’ve stayed at or used before, this one felt too far from the places I normally need to go, so it didn’t really work well for my routine.

I stopped in for an oil change, and the staff was friendly, which I appreciated. But afterward I noticed a small leak, so it made me feel like the job may have been done a little too quickly. Because of that, I’m not sure the work was as careful as it should’ve been
